BeLink Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

BeLink is exclusively available to students and alumni of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. By registering for BeLink, you confirm that:

• You are a current student or an alumni of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde.

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep it updated.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use BeLink, you must create an account using your Benildean credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• Ensure that your account information is accurate and up to date.

BeLink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe your account information is inaccurate or you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use of BeLink

​

You agree to use BeLink only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

​

• Engage in any activity that violates local, state, or national laws.

• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.

• Post or share content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

• Misuse the platform by spamming, advertising, or soliciting outside the purpose of BeLink’s community-building functions.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to BeLink’s services or systems.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on BeLink (e.g., profiles, messages, posts). By submitting content, you grant BeLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. BeLink does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content and is not liable for any content shared by users.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of BeLink is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using BeLink, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Platform Availability and Modifications

You must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior towards other users.

• Impersonating other users or individuals, including staff, alumni, or students of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde.

• Violating the intellectual property rights of others, including sharing copyrighted content without authorization.

• Uploading or distributing malicious software, viruses, or any form of malware.

8. Termination

BeLink may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• A violation of these Terms.

• Engaging in illegal activities or activities that disrupt the platform.

• Failing to maintain eligibility for the platform.

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to all your content and data. You can contact our support team for clarification on account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeLink is provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees. We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your expectations or that it will be available without interruptions.

BeLink is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by your use of the platform, including but not limited to any content shared by other users, issues with connectivity, or any software-related problems.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeLink, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of BeLink or your violation of these Terms.
